1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arise Art services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Arise Art has two distinct brands combining creativity and technology through it's Royal Dreads Animated Series and Arise Consulting.

To use certain features of our platform, users may need to register. Users agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose user information.

4. Opt-In Communications

By opting into our email and/or text message communications, users agree to receive information, updates, and promotional material from Arise Consulting. Users can unsubscribe at any time.

Users agree not to misuse the services provided by Arise Consulting. This includes, but is not limited to, using the service for illegal purposes, attempting to breach security features, interfering with other users' access, or spamming.

All content and software used in connection with our services are the property of Arise Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. No Warranties

All services provided by Arise Art are on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Arise Art services shall be resolved through arbitration in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Arise Art may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Users agree to use these third-party services in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions users provide regarding Arise Art's services shall become the sole property of Arise Consulting.

Arise Art reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to our services, without notice, for conduct that Arise Consulting believes violates these terms or is harmful to other users, Arise Consulting, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Arise Art may modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, users agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
